This Privacy Policy describes how the Mr Bespoke application ("the App", "we") handles your information. Mr Bespoke is designed with privacy at its core: the App does not require an account, does not collect personal data on our servers, and stores your information locally on your device.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
Mr Bespoke does not:
- require registration or sign-in;
- collect, transmit or sell your personal data;
- use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs;
- track you across other apps or websites.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The following data you create in the App is stored only on your device and never leaves it:
- body measurements and custom measurement notes;
- saved fabric calculations and project history;
- outfits, wardrobe entries and seasonal plans;
- Style Diary photos and captured looks;
- profile details (name, city/region, fit style) and preferences.
Deleting the App from your device permanently removes all of this data. We have no ability to access or restore it.
3. Device Permissions
The App may request the following optional permissions. Each is used solely for the stated purpose and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings:
- Camera — to capture looks for your Style Diary;
- Photo Library — to display and save your style captures;
- Notifications — to deliver local reminders such as daily style tips, trend updates and seasonal previews. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
The App works without these permissions; the related features simply remain unavailable.
4. Third-Party Services
To enrich certain features, the App connects to the following third-party services. These requests do not include your name, measurements, photos or any other personal content:
- Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) — to retrieve weather forecasts for weather-aware outfit suggestions. Only approximate location coordinates or the city you set in your profile are used for the forecast request.
- The Color API (thecolorapi.com) — to generate colour schemes and harmonies in the Colour Palette Studio. Only the selected colour values are sent.
Standard technical information (such as your IP address) is inherently visible to any server your device connects to. We do not control these services; please refer to their own privacy policies.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
6. Data Security
Because your data is stored locally, its security is provided by the protections built into iOS, including device encryption and your passcode/Face ID. We recommend keeping your device protected and up to date.
7. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, all of your data remains under your direct control. You may view, edit or delete it at any time within the App, or remove it entirely by deleting the App.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
